Eyestudio by Maybelline

Sorry for the janky posts here lately but my laptop is officially out of commission so I've been posting from my phone. Anyhoo I wanted to share these eyeshadows I picked up from Target. They are the eyestudio eyeshadow duos. I picked up khaki craze and ivy icon. They are really pretty eyeshadows and I can't wait to try them. I will post swatches soon.

I finally purchased Betty Bright and wanted to show how it looked on girls with my skin tone. I just have the lipstick on with no liner.

Viva glam Nicki 2

Hey everyone!
Wanted to share how I wear Viva glam Nicki 2 lipstick. I have to use a dark lip liner or my lips will look very ashy like lol. In this look below I paired it with a Wet n wild burgundy lip liner.

I want to start this post off by saying Happy Birthday to Rih Rih!!!

I am so excited to find out she is collaborating with MAC for four collections this year! It will be called RiRi hearts(<3) MAC. The first product will be a lippie called Ri Ri Woo which is inspired by Ruby Woo. I can not wait to get this but I'll have to wait until May from what I have been reading. It will be sold May 4th and 5th at her concert and also online. For some reason the summer collections will only be sold online but there will be a fall and holiday collection that will be in stores as well as online. The collection after Ri Ri Woo will consist of two additional lipsticks, lustre drops, and a blush duo. The fall collection will consist of 16 items like lipsticks, lipglass version of Ri Ri Woo, two eyeshadow palettes, and lashes. The holiday collection will include ten products.

Happy Monday!!!

I don't know why but I love to find out the "it" colors for the different seasons. While doing some web surfing I came across Pantone's list of colors for spring 2013.








I was glad to see a orange and a lavender because I want to wear these colors for the lips. I'm also glad to see red because it is my go to lipstick color if I want to be dramatic or even just to add some color to my face for those no makeup days. I'm loving the different hues of green and blue for the nails as well as yellow. And you can never go wrong with a nice neutral in the mix.



I am going to challenge myself to add these colors in my wardrobe and makeup for spring. Although I feel like I'm missing out on a particular color...PINK!!! I'll just add it for kicks and giggles : )

Goodies(lippies)

Hay there!!!

I wanted to share a few lippies I picked up from Target a couple of weeks ago. They were going through a renovation so everything was a mess. Through the mess I did find Maybelline color sensational vivds. I purchased the Electric Orange and the Shocking Coral.

 I am in love with these colors for the spring and summer!!! I was a little skeptical of the orange but once I tried it on it became one of my lipsticks. Spring needs to hurry up and come! Now I have to go back and get the rest of them...smh.

I also grabbed a couple lipsticks from Rimmel. The real reason I was looking at them is because I saw Airy Fairy is a dupe to MAC Angel. After I picked that one up I saw a nice soft pink shade I wanted to try which was Pink Blush. This one is said to be a dupe to MAC Viva Glam Gaga.

These are nice everyday colors. I really like Rimmel lipsticks and will continue to purchase them.

Here's my quick face of the day. I did my normal face routine but instead of a neutral eye I went for a green eye. I'm a really big fan of green eyeshadow. I used 3 different shades of green to create this look. I like how it came out. I did a nude lip to go with it. Take a look.

Hello Everyone!!!

Quick post for my face of the day. I did my normal foundation routine and neutral eye. I had to add a pop of color on the lips so I used a burgundy lip liner and Wet n wild Mauve Outta Here. The foundation I used is the Covergirl Stay Fabulous 3 in 1 which I'm in love with!!! For my concealer I used the L'oreal concealer crayon. It has the perfect creamy texture I love in a concealer. For everything else I used my normal everyday products. If you want me to actually list everything I used just comment and I will. Until then take a look.
